Mindfulness Training May Help
Welcome to our mindfulness program. Mindfulness, a concept developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Practicing mindfulness can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits. Some of those benefits include boosting your immune system to fight off illness, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep and reduces chronic pain.
At Metanu Center, we offer a 8-week workshop program designed to teach the mindfulness skills that will focus on how to develop a mindfulness meditation practice, become your happy self, overcome habits as well as learning to be resilient.
